Herbs, peppers and tomatoes are grown in our own Chabaso Garden (seasonally). Going Green: Our plastic cups are 100% compostable and our paper cups are made from at least 10% post-consumer material. By 2009, all disposables will be made from materials that are either 100% compostable, made from recycled paper or will be eco-friendly.
